Advertising Acceptance: The publisher reserves the right to decline publication of any advertising. Only the publication of an advertisement shall constitute acceptance of the advertiser’s order. All advertisements are accepted for publication upon the representation that the agency and/or the advertiser are properly authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter thereof. It is understood that, in consideration of the publication of advertising, the advertiser and/or agency will fully indemnify the publisher from and against any and all claims.
Payments and Cancellation: Please make checks payable to office Seishiron. Fifty percent (50%) of the contract amount is due upon signing this contract as the deposit, and the fifty percent (50%) balance is due upon completion of the publication. The deposit is non-refundable. A late payment charge of 2% or maximum allowed by applicable laws shall be imposed to any payments over due for every calendar month. Any cancellation shall be notified to the publisher’s representative in writing before the material due date to avoid the financial obligation of the balance due.
The publisher and its representative assume no financial responsibilities beyond re-runs or billing adjustments for any printing problems of the advertising.
