【ヤマトゲストハウス時代の記事】チャリティ参加の巻

こんにちは。シェムリアップの案内人、西村です。

本日は、シェムリアップに数あるNGOやサポート団体へのチャリティイベントのご案内です。

実は、西洋人経営のロージーゲストハウスでは1ヶ月に1度程度の頻度でチャリティイベントラッキードロー大会を行ってます。
そのイベント日に行くと、1階のレストランは溢れるような人だらけで、かなり盛り上がってます。

弊クロマーヤマトGHも、なんかできないかね～と思いつつ、彼らほどパワーもないので、微力ながらスポンサーとして協賛しています。

その時の様子はこちら。

なんだこのバイクの数は。すべて在住外国人（特にNGO関係）のバイクなのである。

中の様子はこんな感じ。クイズやらビンゴやらもやります。

料理はかなりボリュームがあり、さらにうまい。お薦めです。

ちなみに、イベントが終わるとスポンサーには下記のようなメールが毎月届きます。

“I would like to thank you and Krorma Yamato Guesthouse for your generous support of our charity raffle which was held on Friday 5^th April. I am happy to report that the pub quiz and raffle raised a total of US$200 for the École du Bayon (www.ecoledubayon.org).” 今回のチャリティ収益200$をバイヨン孤児院に寄付しました。

“I would like to thank you for your generous support of our charity raffle which was held on Saturday the 16^th March. I am happy to report that the pub quiz and raffle raised a total of US$210.55 for the Cambodian Diabetes Association Siem Reap Branch.”　今回のチャリティ収益210.55$を糖尿病アソシエーションに寄付しました。

“We would like to thank Krorma Yamato Guethouse for your generous support of our charity raffle which was held yesterday, Saturday the 16^th February. I am happy to report that the music quiz and raffle raised a total of US$400 for Safe Haven Medical Outreach (www.safehavenkhmer.org).”　400$をセーフヘブンメディカルアウトリーチに寄付しました。

“We would like to thank Krorma Yamato Guesthouse for your generous support of our charity raffle which was held yesterday, Saturday the 9^th February. I am happy to report that the pub quiz and raffle raised a total of US$505 for the ongoing medical treatment of Hu Sok Vuthy. There is limited online information about his case, however I have off line information and updates from his extended family. If you would like to have any information please just let me know.”　505$をソクブティさんの治療費に寄付します。

“We would like to thank Krorma Yamato Guesthouse for your generous support of our charity raffle which was held last night, the 4^th January. I am happy to report that the pub quiz and raffle raised a total of US$292 for The Global Child (www.theglobalchild.org). “292$をグローバルチャイルドに寄付します。

“I would like to thank you for your support of our charity BINGO which was held last night, the 20^th November. I am happy to report that the BINGO night and raffle raised a sum of US$406.50 for PEPY Cambodia (www.pepycambodia.org). Two of the Krorma Yamato Japanese Café prizes were offered as BINGO prizes and one was offered as a best hat prize.”ビンゴ大会で406.5$収益ありました。それをペピーに寄付します。

 “PEPY Cambodia has a very generous anonymous donor who for a limited time will match all donations given plus give an additional US$40 for every verified new donor to PEPY (name and email addresses of everyone who came along last night were taken for this purpose). So overall PEPY Cambodia will benefit from over US$3,200 from last night’s event!”ペピーは3200$を手に入れました。

“We would like to thank Krorma Yamato Guesthouse and Japanese Cafe for your support of our charity raffle which was held last night, the 2^nd November. I am happy to report that the pub quiz and raffle raised a sum of US$216.25 for APLE Cambodia (www.aplecambodia.org).”216.25$をAPLEに寄付しました。
